ABOUT

Ola M. Tucker, JD

Welcome to my website!

I am an experienced writer, instructor, and attorney. I use my skills and expertise to effectively communicate complex concepts to a general audience.

I have over 15 years of experience working in the legal and compliance departments at international and domestic companies, where I drafted legal documents, company policies, instruction manuals, newsletters, and other written communications, as well as developed and conducted staff training

I am also an adjunct instructor at Widener University Delaware Law School where I've been teaching compliance and financial crimes classes since 2018.

In 2019, I founded Compliance Notes, a sole proprietorship whereby I provide content writing, ghostwriting, copywriting, editing, and proofreading services, including web copy and other SEO-friendly content. My clients consist of law firms and businesses primarily in the legal, fintech, and financial services sectors.

My first book, "The Flow of Illicit Funds, A Case Study Approach to Anti-Money Laundering Compliance," is available from Georgetown University Press.

For more details about my professional experience, see my RESUME.
